Accounting Administrator

About The Role

We have a client who is looking for an Accounting Admin. As an Accounting Admin, the ideal candidate will perform bookkeeping services and other administrative duties. Typical work hours for this full time position are Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm. Daily work is varied and includes the following:

  • City, County, and State tax reporting

  • A/P, A/R, payroll preparation

  • Bank and credit card reconciliations

  • Annual accounting services (1099, W-2 preparation, etc.)

  • Answering phones and other admin duties

 

Qualified candidates will meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Associates degree in Accounting preferred

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience

  • Experience in SAGE a plus

  • Spectacular attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills

  • Positive attitude with desire to work within a team environment
