About The Role

A Senior Tax Manager is a major contributor to the growth, efficiency, profitability, and quality of our Tax Services team. They work alongside team members in various departments in a supportive environment that embraces career development and promotion. Tax Seniors are responsible for effectively administering efficient workflow by determining and fulfilling staffing and resource needs. An individual in this role will correspond with taxing authorities and provide tax controversy representation. Achieving a high-level of client satisfaction is the utmost priority for this role, while managing within budgetary and time constraints.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Master’s Degree in Accounting (or related)

  • Current CPA license

  • 6+ years of Public Accounting experience with a focus in Taxation

  • Proficient in tax preparation procedures and documentation standards; standard review procedures and practices of federal and state tax returns; compliance measures with federal and state guidelines; and tax planning strategies

  • Demonstration of excellent client relations and verbal/written communication capabilities

  • Flexibility, team attitude, desire for growth, and exemplary client service
